I saw it IRL yesterday. I really liked it. I didn't love it and easily walked away from it though. The leather felt thin to me. I usually don't love a bag right away though and need to see several reveals before it will be something that I want. I did like how it looked hanging from the shoulder with the long strap much more than how Sophia or Sabrina or Audrey looks. I can see this eventually becoming a very popular bag. I just am waiting to see other colors and then maybe it will stand out to me more.

It didn't do it for me either. :-( I wanted to love it.

I bought the metallic Isabelle but can't say for certain if its going to stick.

I saw the black leather Juliette in the FP boutique before the floorset was out. It must have been a JAX return, it was on the front counter. I didn't like it at all. The leather looked dull and flimsy. Then the SA said she wanted to show me another one from the back. It was the crimson patent and it was GORGEOUS! I absolutely loved it. If it wasn't for the fact that I already have a crimson patent sophia, it would've gone home with me. I hope, hope, hope they produce other patent colors of this bag.

I like it, don't love it ...yet The smooth leather on the Juliettes I have seen are uneven and very wrinkled in patches and smooth in others. The display models looked like they pulled it out of the bottom of a bin....just my opinion. I could have asked the SA to bring out all the Juliettes they had so I could examine it. Though someone did a Magenta reveal and hers looked perfect! Guess I just have to keep looking. Also, not sure if I like that teeny pleat on the front....

I do like the capacity and the fact that the long strap has the ability for crossbody wear.

What are your thoughts emilybug??

Well.......it's much cuter unstuffed and with your own actual things inside. The sides droop like the original Sophia, and I love that. I actually bought the metallic one yesterday but am still undecided. I love it but am worried it looks too small on my big body.....I dunno.....

Yeah, after 4 very careful uses the front right corner is worn to the leather underneath... :(

So sorry to hear this :( with all the corner issues there are the Legacy Corner Wear should've had its own thread. Then we could of easily kept up with anything Coach decided to do about this issue. I still haven't carried my UV out of the house yet. I want to but I'm worried I wasted my $ on this bag.

What are everyone's opinions on Juliette??

I tried her on today at my FP store and really liked her. For me, I think the shoulder strap is so narrow that full it would dig in a bit, and I'm not a satchel girl, so I passed. But most people would be fine! I really liked it.I don't think it looks wonky at all on the shoulder, and the "wings" fold down w/out messing w/them.

I tried on the Juliette today in crimson patent and loved the bag but it was too small for me. I had my python lindsey with me today so my sister and the SA said comparing it to lindsey the juliette looked too small on me so I put it back.

I ended up with the crimson patent lindsey and its a perfect size for me. I do love that Juliette though just not on me.

We will be coming out with Madison bags in the Crimson color again for this floor set. Last time we did that color, we absolutely could not keep it in the store since one of the bags from the collection was featured on Oprah's Favorite Things. The Lindsey in crimson is so perfect!

Here is mine if anyone wants to see pics :D

What are everyone's opinions on Juliette??

Saw only the op art sateen and patent at Macy's - leather versions sold out. Loved the size, functionality, and happy to see that the bag drapes beautifully without a stiff top at zipper as shown in product images.

The one drawback for me is the really narrow long shoulder/crossbody strap. Have always wondered why Coach makes such skinny straps for larger bags. This is a deal breaker for me, especially now that I am so used to the comfort of the wide strap on regular Legacy Leather Duffles (almost always have the weight of a small camera or iPad in my bags). Other than the strap however, very practical and lovely bag!

I need to find out what style number this Fuchsia pocket duffle is. It's now showing on the Coach website in a window advertising the Legacy Duffles. I have an email into Coach asking for information, but I figure I'll get the usual "we don't have any information" response when I cannot provide them with style number.

It's the one on the top row.

ETA: Based on the special hang tag, I think it's an American Icon bag...maybe called the American Icons Duffle? Just a guess...

ETA2: Annnnddd...just heard back from JAX. No information. Of course!

It might be the new Legacy Hair-calf pocket duffle style 21158 in fuschia. I see no info for the leather pocket duffle yet.
