Thanks for the update! That's more than I got out of them yesterday. Funny if they're due out this month that they wouldn't have a date they're due in distribution.
They're on the China website........so I would think they'd be here anyday.

What is available or releasing soon in tourmaline? I know there is the regular size duffle and penny. Wondering about large duffle or tanner tote? ANYTHING you know of please.

I looked yesterday for a customer and she was interested in the penny and the Minnie duffle which show the color code for tourmaline but don't have a back order date, which is strange cause usually it shows. Afternoon everyone! This is my first post, and hope that I am in the right area. I am interested in the Legacy Archival Rambler after seeing it at my FP store yesterday. However they only had sunflower, camel and black with silver hardware. The other two had the brass hardware. After reading the forum for a couple of weeks I was brave and called JAX about additional colors coming down the pike. She only found a cherry. Anyone else have better info? I would like black.brass maybe. Thanks.
My SA still doesn't see anything besides what has been listed online for now as the other items don't show backorder dates. I did order the tassle fob in tourmaline though!
I have seen the silver/black and silver/cherry at Macy's but not the brass/black.

I find that if I call during the weekdays and use the customer service line instead of the general 800#, I get more knowledgable sales reps. It may be worth waiting a week or so and recalling!
