Several of us seem to be in agreement about the crossbody look on the Juliette, yes. Maybe it will un-box-ify itself with use. Hope so because it's really very nice otherwise.

I can, unfortunately, see Amelia possibly have that boxy shape like the Juliette when carried with the shoulder strap. It probably won't be as noticeable though, since the bag itself is already pretty boxy. I suppose we'll have to see about that!

I bought a Mulberry recently and it's a heavy, thick and rough leather. It came with a 3 inch long scratch on the back. One dose of conditioner and I haven't seen the scratch since. Here's hoping!!!

How are the scuffs looking now?

My scuffs aren't as bad as the ones on a cobalt duffle on eBay so it might work for me. The eBay scuffs were totally white. I don't think conditioner can replace color.
