My SA told me only some colors went to the store, I saw UV, Tourmaline, Fucshia and Black Cherry in my store, the rest only online or ordering.

Thanks! That's kind of annoying. I would really like to see the berry in person. It's probably too close to violet anyway to justify having both.

Still undecided if I'm going to keep the tourmaline or fuchsia.

Shouldn't a bag coming out in September be in the JAX computers? I want to order 19995 in the blackmulti and am told they can't find any information on when it will be restocked. There are plenty of the larger size duffle. That worries me that it will be an Asian exclusive or something.

Is that the large black multi duffle?

Maybe they can find one in a store. I think my store had one out on the floor. (716) 684-8035. I have bought bags thru Coach customer service and they have found them for me at stores and had them shipped to me from the store after customer service found them for me.

Also try and call customer service during the week between regular business hours.

Keep them both!! I got a good discount on them so I'm keeping both, and adding Violet or Ultraviolet in Sept
