For those who are interested, the fringe and grommet duffles are the regular size. Also the grommet one is available in mahogany leather with silver hardware and red dots.

My Carnelian Amanda Flap and Cobalt ID Cell Phone case arrived today. Pics follow. I apologize I cannot do decent modeling pics to save my life, but I did take a pic of it next to my mini Citrine Willis and my regular Denim Vachetta Willis and you can see the size of the Amanda flap falls between those two. The Amanda Flap is probably closest to the small Willis in size. I don't have a small Willis myself, but based on how it looks between the mini and regular Willis' I think that's a good estimate.

Also, the ID/Cellphone case fits the iPhone but your iPhone either needs to be bare or have a very thin, preferably slick cover to allow it to fit properly into the case. I had to take my iSkin cover off my phone for the pics below.

Overall, I am very happy with the Amanda flap. It's larger than the mini Saddle bag, but still a small compact bag. The strap is not really long enough for me to use comfortably as a cross-body. I prefer my cross-body bags to fall right below my hip and this one falls at my waist, but YMMV depending on how tall/short, slim/fluffy you are. ;)

Anyhoo, here are the photos I took:

Lovely. They look great together! The no cell phone case is a deal breaker for me though.

I played with the DD on the white Rambler bag BonzBonz posted, found some alternate DD pics, and found it in Black Cherry!!!!! The mod DD pic definitely looks smaller than the Patricia though.

Info from JAX...About 1-1.5" smaller all around than the Patricia

The Legacy Archival Rambler, No. 21194 for $348.00 is available in Brass/Sunflower and Silver/Black for purchase through mail/phone order. The dimensions are 9.75 in x 7.50 in x 3.25 in (25.0 cm x 19.0 cm x 8.5 cm).

Asked JAX about the Legacy Archival Rambler (Style #21194). They currently have Brass/Camel, Brass/Sunflower, and Silver/Black available. Expected dates for future colors: 8/25 for Silver/Black Cherry, 9/1 for Silver/Carnelian, and 9/6 for Silver/Parchment.

You all are handbag angels. I am going to order that Rambler today!
Cannot wait!

Unless they've released a new grommet duffle after I bought mine, the dots are carnelian and more or an orange than red and the hardware is brass.

The CS reply I got called the grommet bag "silver/mahogany/carnelian". Perhaps a new color, or a mistake.

BuckyBabe, do you find that the grommets make the bag feel heavier? That's my only concern about this bag.

So if something is at JAX, how long before it becomes available on the website? I have a PCE that a lovely tPF'r gave me, but JAX won't let me use it. I guess it's an online only code? If I can get the Archival Rambler for 25% off then that might soften the blow a bit for my husband!
They have the other Legacy Rambler online, but it doesn't have a lining or as many pockets. I would much prefer the Archival one.

It really depends on be release date. Sometimes something due out a month later than another may get to jax first.

I don't have a regular dufffle to compare it to, but I have not had a problem with weight. I love mine and have carried it more often than any of my other new legacy purchases.
