I am so loving this bag...and it looks great with your ensemble! Is the black cherry more of a brown red or pink red? I'm having a difficult time trying to figure what the colour really looks like!

If you didn't see my pics - one inside, one out...here they are. I would call it more of a berry red. I don't see any brown tones in it. Not sure if these will help -

I would call it a beet red, comparison to the OU helmet:

So are these "strap sets" meant to be a simple replacement for the duffles or is it something that you'll be able to add to future bags that may not have a crossbody strap, and if so why didn't they use dogleash clips instead of the buckles? I'm confused! I'd love to be able to add a crossbody strap to the bucket bag but this is the wrong kind of buckle to attach it.

Maybe used to mix and match straps/tassels on current duffles? That's the only way I can really think of to use them, just as a different color combo, like colorblock.

Well, Coach isn't telling us how we should their products. I'm sure the company appreciates when clients take what they give them and make it their own. I'm expecting to see quite a few fashion bloggers get unconventional with these sets.

However, it is a strap for the Duffle. Not a replacement strap, but an accessory. I foresee Coach marketing this as a quirky way to let clients customize their Legacy Duffles. I'm not sure what bag the strap fits, but I would guess that it is the same as on the Large Duffle.

I can even see the strap going really well with the BoHo Duffle. Now it can be colorblocked and worn cross body! I like how Coach is really making the Duffle it's "mascot" bag.
