I know this is an old thread, but I figured I'd reply in here instead of starting a new thread. When someone says call JAX and ask for Dust Bags, What does this mean? Can someone please tell me the phone number? I have 4 bags from the outlets and none of them came with a dust bag. Thanks!:D

I just bought my small julia at the FP store and I didn't get a dust bag. The other bags I have bought were large and I got dust bags. Was I supposed to get one? I am annoyed I didn't get one. My bag had all the paper removed too and wasn't wrapped when I got there to pick it up. My keyring and scarf were wrapped though. The SA wrapped my bag for me she was upset it wasn't wrapped. I ordered on the phone so I could just pick it up.

Call the store and let them know and they should give you one. I went to my local store with an older bag and they gave me one. I called first and ask and she said to just bring in the bag and she would give me one.

I recently bought a MFF bag as well and no dustbag. There's someone on bonanzle that sells different sized coach dustbags but they are the brown cotton ones (which i prefer) vs the new satin looking ones. They were reasonably priced as well and the seller had a bunch in stock so if all else fails, u could buy some from there.

MFF bags Never came with Dustbags as far as I know~Only FP bags have them! Why I don't know.But as far back as 2005 when I bought my 1st Coach bag it was a FP delete and it did have one and back then they were the brown.Maybe before that time they did.Who knows with Coach!

outlet bags don't have it and if that julia bag is the small pouch that's 198~$ and starts with a 4 on the storyboard, creed, etc, then it's not suppose to come with one

Ok thanks for the info! I didn't think about it at first and then thought well maybe it just didn't come with one. My store is always so thorough. It is the small Julia in my avatar! I just love it. I guess maybe I can figure something out she will go in storage come Spring.

Yeah, usually the top handle pouches and smaller bags like yours do not come with the dustbags.I have a friend that works at one of the stores I go to and some customer's complain.But like she says, they are not full size bags.Also like ms.-whitney mentioned, the smaller bags and pouches have different style#'s.

There are some that are hand made.Not sure if you are interested, if so I can get the address for you:)

Interesting thread. I was taught that Outlet bags do not come with dustbags ever but we are not supposed to keep extra dustbags in the store (though we do). My store is also pretty strict about NOT giving out dustbags... We do it sometimes but the managers always make a big deal about it. I think a dustbag is just one of the perks of paying full price. I don't see why it's such a big deal though. Oh well. Good luck to all you ladies looking for them!
