It looks gorgeous! They should have told you before they started about the cost. Is it because the flowers are new or because you already used up your credit? I only have one bag customized and I had to pay full price. That was just before they started the insider credit.

It's because the flowers are new. I still have my customization credits available for this year. In their defense, they said they didn't know they would have to charge for them.
