Thank you! It must have worked, because the package came today! Even better, DH was out so he didn't see it arrive! I ordered the eggplant drawstring. I love the bag but not the color, unfortunately. The purple is brownish. It looks okay in bright sunshine but is darker than I hoped. The contrasting straps are a mustardy brown which isn't pretty. The lemon yellow hangtag really is a weird choice to go with purple - I hate it. I might exchange it for the red-orange or midnight.

I hope you are going to do a reveal of the eggplant drawstring bag as I was hoping to get this bag but I'm now unsure if I'll like the color. If not a reveal how about photos in the purple color clubhouse? TIA

I have had several good/bad CS experiences in the past...both Boutique and Outlet...however, most have been resolved to my satisfaction...I did have one, just recently that had me shaking my head! I ordered, from FOS, the weekend tote (it fits into a small storage tote that, in turn, can be snapped into the larger one)...I ordered it in emerald as a gift for my daughter. When it arrived...it was indeed emerald but it was ONLY the smaller self-storage part!!!! The large tote was NOT inside! So, I called CS- the first girl had to transfer me to quality control who in turn transferred me to someone else....who was able to correct the mistake and ship the proper, complete, item to me within 2 days! AND- she told me to keep the storage case- in case the second case gets mis-placed! (She MUST know my daughter!haha!)....I panicked very briefly while on the line with CS #2 as she told me the emerald was completely gone even though I was on the computer with it in my shopping cart...it did not show that colour was out of stock or limited! Thankfully all was corrected!

Wow, that is pretty bad QC if they shipped you a bag and didn't include the bag. :nogood:

Love REM too, they were the staple in college! Dating myself, but I saw them in 1987 on their Document tour. That album and Life's Rich Pagent are my faves by them.

LOL, you're not dating yourself any more than I am. I didn't get to see them until 2003 and it was awesome.

BTW, I love that album. But my favorite is Automatic For The People.
