I have had several good/bad CS experiences in the past...both Boutique and Outlet...however, most have been resolved to my satisfaction...I did have one, just recently that had me shaking my head! I ordered, from FOS, the weekend tote (it fits into a small storage tote that, in turn, can be snapped into the larger one)...I ordered it in emerald as a gift for my daughter. When it arrived...it was indeed emerald but it was ONLY the smaller self-storage part!!!! The large tote was NOT inside! So, I called CS- the first girl had to transfer me to quality control who in turn transferred me to someone else....who was able to correct the mistake and ship the proper, complete, item to me within 2 days! AND- she told me to keep the storage case- in case the second case gets mis-placed! (She MUST know my daughter!haha!)....I panicked very briefly while on the line with CS #2 as she told me the emerald was completely gone even though I was on the computer with it in my shopping cart...it did not show that colour was out of stock or limited! Thankfully all was corrected!
