Ah yeah you can tell it’s darker at the corners. What caused that do you know? It’s a gorgeous red I must say. You could try to treat it with leather products?

it might be hard to tell from pics but on the very edges of the corners, the leather has actually lightened, as if it has been rubbing against something.
If I had to guess, it would be from setting it down on my car seat? As I mentioned.. have really only worn it a few times, and I don’t toss my bags around/put them on the floor, etc.
Ah yes I do see what you mean, right on the crease of the corner it’s worn down to almost original leather… I’m not sure if this would perhaps get worse. Maybe after general use it would wear on other parts of the bag, it would look fine I’m sure.
Ah decisions eh! My mum always says “if in doubt, don’t” but perhaps if you love how practical it is and can live with the marks, just keep her 😊
It definitely looks rubbed in your pictures 😕. You could always contact coach and see what they say?
It’s concerning especially if you’re gentle on bags. I’m going to have a look at mine and see if it’s the same. I’m not gentle on bags usually but I don’t want them to look beat up in a few wears 😳
I have the LV Low Key Hobo with the very similar corner folds as this coach and I carry it a lot.
I just looked at my Brooklyn that has only been carried twice for short errands and it kinda looks similar.
It very well could be like what A1agypsy said. Mine looks very similar to yours. Maybe the stretch of the leather on the corners causes it. I pulled my lv hobo out and it looks very similar in the same spots as the coach. I think gypsy nailed it with the area having to stretch to fold?

I'd be interested to hear what they say. I have it in black and have only used it for about a week so far, and there are minimal scuffs showing on a couple of corners. But they don't show a lighter colour coming through, they still look black.
I expected the corners to show wear due to the shape, I think anything other than black will show up more.
Sometimes I'd take something like a bottled water & hang it on a doorknob or some other area where you can manipulate where the "crook" is. Hope that helps.
