Yes. I decided not to go and now sad cuz I like the sound of the other artist they added. My husband was going to go with me and didn't think he would like Lolawolf but do think he would like this other one. I've already forgot name but it's in press release.

The DJ's doing a good job right now, streaming it from my email invite while I cook dinner! I didn't know who Lolawolf was until I looked them up. Zoe Kraitz, daughter of Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet. Sure looks like both of them!

I went and had a blast.

Following up on Coach's strategy , I would have to assume they are targeting a younger demographic and music ala Coach Backstage is an ingredient to attract a younger demographic.

and I quote ...

"Coach is getting into the music game. Less than a week after the brand’s spring runway show, held Sunday, the brand is launching its latest project, Coach Backstage. The global initiative will support emerging music artists through several components, including a digital music chart to be featured on coach.com. There, users can access artist bios and selected tracks, updated weekly. Additionally, Coach will sponsor a number of concerts featuring the up-and-coming musicians, beginning this evening with the initiative’s launch event at New York’s Irving Plaza. For the official launch, Coach has tapped both Lolawolf, the New York-based rock band fronted by Zoë Kravitz, and fashion week ubiquitor Banks to perform. The brand will continue to expand the Coach Backstage initiative over the coming year, with details and specifics still in the works."

Great! I'm glad someone went. Any spy pics? Did they have any merchandise there or only musicians?
