Question, if you remember about the Dylan. Its interested me since it popped up on one of the department store sites...does it have an exterior slip pocket? If course, NO photos of the back of the bag but the side view seems to indicate there may be a pocket. Any recollection? THANKS!

I'm sorry, I don't remember! I was actually in the Coach at Macy's Herald Square when you messaged...they have some of the 1941 line, but no Dylans for me to check. If I am in the vicinity of a boutique this weekend, I will take another look.
Macy's did have most of the new floor set for the regular line out... I must say that the new black willow floral Drifters are GORGEOUS, I might have to put them on the watch list...

I was really surprised to see Coach expand the kisslock bag line after all the negative comments with the Mickey ear ltd.ed.and the tiny space inside and lack of functionality. It is basically a small bag for evenings or special occasions when you do not need a for-real purse to lug stuff around. I love looking at them online but not sitting on the shelf in my closet.
I guess there is a demand for teenie tiny bags- it is the same with the dinkier- it is adorable but not practical.

Woah, I feel the same way!!! They are way too awkward to carry, and the size/opening is a logistical nightmare!
Also --many, many of the vintage Coach bags I've seen with the same top strap (that thin leather that's stitched together and looped through the top) have worn terribly. It's not uncommon to see those straps practically tearing. I don't think that was a smart design choice given the weight of the clasp hardware and feet.

I ordered the men's tote & the Dylan in black pebbled. Should be here this week. I'm on the fence about the tote but my SA said they were very limited & they wouldn't be getting them so I rolled the dice.
I'm not keen on the nylon strap on the Dylan but if I like it, I have an extra strap I can use.
I'll post pics when they arrive.
I didn't think anything fall would appeal to me (not sure why, fall always snags me) but I even found myself loving the new Mercer 30 in mineral with the suede sides. Very rich looking. Anywho, just thought I'd share...
Of the new items as late, I'm interested in the Dylan as well. It's so beautifully made and fuss free, with a simple classic design. Unfortunately I won't be able to pull the trigger until later this year, but do post pics once you receive it!!
