And look at the fact that the seller doesn't take PayPal... so you lose that protection. And check this out "PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY BEFORE LEAVING BAD FEEDBACK. WE LEAVE THE SAME FEEDBACK AS WE RECIEVE." Ummm... that's not how it works. If the buyer pays in the specified time, they should get a positive. You don't wait to make sure the buyer gives you a positive before you will leave them a positive. That's wrong... and pretty much blackmail.

Look for the thread about the bad Citta Rosa Ciao Ciao. It does appear to be the same seller with a different ID.

I saw that just before, except right now it's got 1 bid and is at 99 cents. The tiny picture that might be stolen from someone else makes me uneasy about that one too. (besides that the print is listed as "original lamore" and "luna") Shady. Maybe I'll ask them for more pics to see what happens.

Yeah, I wonder where people came up with "luna" as the print name, because I've seen that in a bunch of auctions, too.
The odd part is calling it "ORIGINAL lamore PRINT" in the title and then "EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND LUNA PRINT."
Also, they're up to twelve bids now&$51; daaaaayummmm. (And haven't responded to my picture request yet.:tdown: it still really looks like a partially cropped-out watermark in the corner of the tiny pic to me)

Also [i have nothing to do at work so i've been on eBay all day] that shady-looking auction stole their description of the item from another one. it's the exact same description as one ebayer-derudoi

that sucks :sad: I put a lot of effort into my descriptions (so does my bf) so once we saw an auction that had OUR description (including my little notes) and we reported it to eBay... needless to say it got pulled in 1-2 days then reappeared w/ its own new description... but that makes me wonder what eBay's priorities are :weird: since they don't really take fakes off eBay

That's so lame!! Can't they think of their own words?? ugh. Well, at least your copycats were taken down...eBay is strange.
Yeah, I figured the word-theivery is likely why they call it "ORIGINAL lamore PRINT" in the title and change the print name in the description. Still don't know whether the image is stolen though.

that's another reason my bf and I tag our merchandise all the time now. Before he would do it because it was required in a forum he sells his shoes/jerseys on... but now we do it w/ basically everything
