They both look authentic and each seller does offer a return policy. However, you may want to e-mail each seller to ensure that
1) the photos shown in the listing are of the actual bag that you will be receiving and
2) the word "RIRI" appears under the zipper head, which as gabes_mommy pointed out in an earlier post is a good way to definitely authenticate Tokidoki.

I am familiar with this eBay seller and they usually sell authentic Tokidoki from their personal collection.
These all appear to be authentic. I have 2 small accessories in the "duchess" print that I purchased from a department store and the coloring and logos are the same as the items pictured in the auctions.

bibliophile: I have more Tokidoki for LeSportsac bags than regular LSS bags but I really liked the duchess print and picked up both the 3-zip cosmetic case and the rectangular cosmetic case. When I buy regular LSS off eBay I try and buy items that 1) still have the tags attached and 2) double-check that the bag style is an actual style that LSS makes.
