This one black is authentic.
I dont see any pink Falabella.

I was questioning the inside of bag color. The one I bought from store the inside of my bag is in pink but this black one on Fashion Phile the inside of the bag is in a green color, but I'm not sure if Stella bags all have same or different color inside of the bags.

It is not green. It is beige.
The pink version is newer - about 2 years ago release.
The beige is the first one that got in market.
