That is false! Some people sell authentic Falabellas. Maybe you want to say the people that sell authentic Falabellas on ebay ask high prices(this could be correct). Sometimes you can find good deals on ebay.

For ebay it depends of the size and model. A classic one - small - any up to 700$(for a new one or little used) it's okay for ebay.
For large size - any deal up to 850$(for a new one or little use).
For a used one - I would not pay more then 500-550$ - any size - for a ebay transaction.
Now it depends of what you search and wish for.
There are models - like snake models - or fringe - or velvet etc etc etc - that are rare and if someone sells them authentic - then people pay even more(I'd also).
