Hi everyone,
I am a newbie on this forum and has very little knowledge in terms of purchasing preloved designer bags. I purchased a Chanel bag from designer exchange last week. Should I get it authenticated again? I was promised a refund if the bag is not authentic.
Designer exchange has three stores in London, Birmingham and Manchester. I tried to search the forum but couldn't find anything on them.

Here are the pictures of my newly purchased bag that really looks great and genuine which you confirmed earlier.
I'd like you to comment on the seller's note that the cord is darker than on other light grey totes ( and the bag itself isn't light grey to me) because it was part of aw15 line.
Is this true? Do I have to worry about its authenticity ?

Hi. I recently purchased a Stella Falabella fold over medium sized bag online from EBay. It looks very good and came with the Stella care cards but a few things are throwing me off. This bag has no serial number white tag on the inside anywhere and also came with the detachable coin purse which I thought only came with the larger non-fold over style, but I'm not an expert. Can you help? The bag looks great but now I'm not sure. The seller is looking for the receipt...

Here are the pictures. I'm trying to see if it will let me post the original Ebay link from my purchase but I don't know if it will. Some are my pictures from the bag and some are from EBay. I agreed to pay the seller through PayPal and not Ebay so she could save fees. I hope it's real.

Authentic.
It has nothing to do with the collection, it can happend in time when wearing it.
The grey is same as the one from 2014 so again, it has nothing to do.
But, the bag is genuine.

Ask the seller for refund.

I can't believe how many fakes there are on line! This is the 2nd Falabella that's fake I've been duped into buying on EBay!!! I'm so glad there's a site like this to help people out!

I know how frustrating it is to buy a fake .
I did the same- bought the bag without waiting for Corame to answer.
When she ruled it was fake I was in shock!
Luckily, the seller(Italian ebay) agreed to refund the money on PayPal but left a strange comment, something like- don't bother me again?!?
From then on, I always check first.
If Corame weren't so kind to help us all, I' d pay for an authentification and never trust the seller no matter how reliable they seem.
Good luck with the refund
