The first bag doesn't look good to me, but clearer photos of the nameplate and a photo of the season tag in the lining of the interior zip pocket would help.
The second looks fine. Ask for a photo of the season tag to confirm.

History of the bag: I just bought this tote today in Century 21 in NY.
Store signs says they are not affiliated with the brands but that they are guaranteed authentic - but I just had to be sure.
Comments: Also I can only find this particular ba with Black trim and handles online!

No, no special name. It came in several colors (I can actually only find red with navy and nothing red with black)
I'm not certain of the season, sorry. Maybe fall 2014
