Comments: I think this is a Stella? What I'm not sure about is they list it as Made in China with 3 interior pockets and a depth of 12"...I had thought maybe they were just sloppy with the listing but now I have doubts... I asked for photos yesterday of the interior labels and dimensions but never got a response.

The style is the Stella, yes

I would need photos of the zipper head engraving, underside of the zipper, and made in tag (or made in stamp - I can't recall which one this should have)

They have so many items that I'm not sure you'll be able to get those photos from LS, though.

It shouldn't be made in China, as far as I know, but they didn't post a photo of that so it could just be a description error.

Hi Faith,

Thank you so much for responding. I did request photos (of the underside of the zipper and "Made In" tag) but never heard back. I did read several posts in the ebay forum that the people who work there are paid per listing so it might have been a rush to get it posted (since there are several errors in the listing that don't even match the pictures). To me, I don't see anything that is glaringly wrong/fake so I'm hoping it's real since I already bid on it.

Hi, does anybody know whether this bag is genuine Marc Jacobs. Research tells me its an old 'jacquetta' bag. Any information as to whether its genuine would be greatly appreciated.
If im posting in the wrong place please forgive me. Ive only just registered and getting used to the site :)

I have a bag that I need authenticating if possible - I have the bag and have taken photos but I've never been on a forum before so bear with... lol! The riri zip looks real and so does the lettering on the nameplate on the inside but the bag feels a bit plastic and i'm just not convinced that its real! The lining is thick and i dont know, there's just something. The season code says FA08 197 but I cant find a picture of a bag like this anywhere on the internet. I have a ton more pics I can upload if necessary....TIA xx :smile1:

I could really use your help. I bought a Marc by Marc Jacobs bag (As what the seller said) from ebay thinking it is genuine but now that I am seeing the refences posted here at Purse Forum I'm having a doubt. It does not have any inside tags, the zipperhead inside is different from the zipperhead outside which is the Marc jacobs signature zipper head. The inside imprint has flaws in it. Please help. Your help is highly appreciated. Thanks.
