got my multipocket in the mail, I think it's fake. It's really small next to my ferrari blake. it's only 10x9. There is no YKK on the zipper, but I know my blake is really old and doesn't have that either. Also, no season tag. But again, my blake is old and doesn't have a season tag, too (had the blake authenticated on TPF).

Please authenticate!

It looks good to me but if you are still worried please post pics of the underside of the zipper heads (not the zipper pull). That is a Small MP in Rust from Fall 2004 (season tags didn't start appearing until 2005). Are you aware that there are two sizes for the Multipockets?

Ah they are riri zippers. No, I wasn't aware there were 2 sizes for the multipocket. Darn! I guess I bought the wrong size, but at least it's authentic.

Ooops I meant Bark from Fall 2004. :push: Anyway, the easiest way to tell the Large & Small MPs apart is to check for feet on the bottom of the bag. Only the Large MPs have feet. HTH!

i bought this on impulse on ebay, which i know is a BAD idea, but i couldn't resist. seller feedback looked good. it arrived today. here are some pics i took. unfortunately, no season tag can be found.

my first observation was that the bag was REALLY heavy (and i thought my quilted blake was heavy).

i've attached pics of the pushlock, lampo zipper, leather texture, underside of the handles, inside pocket, interior canvas texture, etc. it came w/ the dustbag and the MJ pocket card. i compared the zipper with my other zippers and they look similar.

thank you in advance for your help! i should know better, but i jumped the gun anyways since the auction was ending. :shame:

I don't see anything suspicious... sometimes the season tags fall out of the bags when not sewn in properly. Did you pull the pocket lining all the way out and check the seam down to the stitching? It can be hiding in there.

thithi, you're so right! :p i had missed it. here are pics of both sides of the inner tag. i can't pull it all the way out since the pocket has been segmented into a large open pocket and smaller pocket to hold a pen so it's very narrow.
