we'd need a season tag pic. should be from fall 2006. the style is the ingrid. i think it's real as i have never seen a fake of this style...but of course season tag would confirm

Ugh! It's the zipper, right? Or are there any other giveaways? *sigh* I don't even know how to draft the e-mail to ask for a refund...haven't had to do one in years.
there's a few more details that are wrong as well. just tell them the bag was looked at by several authenticators on here and we deemed it fake. and also, it could be taken to a reputable authenticator such as caroldiva to get an official letter of the lack of authenticity. either way, the bag is fake and you deserve your money back as it's illegal to sell fake bags. if it was an ebay auction, ebay will most definitely have your back. just send the bag back to the seller with full insurance for the amount you paid, and make sure you get a tracking number and a signature required on delivery.

The zipper heads are definitely wrong but there are other issues as well. The nameplate, suede and shape are also incorrect.
I am so sorry you ended up with a fake. You may want to post in the eBay forum and ask for their help if you are concerned about how to proceed. Make sure that the seller refunds your full purchase price (including shipping) and inquire with eBay customer service about receiving a return shipping label so you won't be out those costs. Hello lovely authenticators, I received my bag today. I had it authenticated prior to purchasing, but I just want to make sure this is the same bag. Sorry about the lighting, somehow the pictures came out a little bad. I can take better pictures once I got home if these are not good enough. Sorry I got so impatient and used my phone just now.
