Hi everyone, I bought this petal pink short handle small from the online Longchamp store (it was one of the last left “limited stock available”) but what concerns me is that the button backing script and dots looks different to my other Longchamps. Also the clip that the backing clips onto is the old sundial looking one, which I thought was phased out and the new ones should all just look like round circles within another round circle rather than that sundial looking one. Or if the sundial one is still in circulation should come with the button backing that says “original prym etc etc” whereas this backing says “Longchamp Longchamp” in a script that’s different with a different dot configuration. I compared it to the same colourway (petal pink) I got later in the large long handle and the details of the buttons definitely look different.
Also the horse and jockey stamping on the front flap is a bit faint and not as deep as my other bags.
Could you please kindly take a moment to have a look and let me know your opinion - if you think this could be a fake? Maybe someone swapped and returned a fake and I got it. Also to add, the smell is just like my other bags - there is no foul odour. It smells really nice like the normal Longchamp leather / canvas new smell.

I perhaps foolishly bought this on poshmark because I desperately wanted a Longchamp Pliage Neo Medium.
But, I highly suspect it is fake. It has good nylon quality, but the inside pocket looks off I think too, as does the ear stitching and zipper and zipper pull. Leather feels stiff, but even a Longchamp employee said it seemed like it was their leather--however then the phrase on the back of this bag seems wrong for a Neo, saying the "shopping" bit that I thought was not on the Neos. It's all too subtle for me to tell!
But, I only ever bought two other LC bags--a new pouch recently, and a used authentic original, and all the reviews I see are of the older Neos. Can anyone confirm before I go through with a return and counterfeit claim? This looks like it is supposed to be the newer version of the Neo that was sold with the adjustable strap and two pockets, and it was hard for me to find legit examples online of it in Medium size. This does indeed have the plastic snap reinforcer. It came with a card that has misprinting on it, I can add that picture if it helps to see. Thank you for your help!
