Hi Jim,

I noticed that the serial number is not imprinted symmetrically inside the shoes. The serial number in the right shoe is a lot higher than the left, does that sway your opinion?
Hi jlp830, Thank you for reaching out to me. I've seen this in Gucci shoes that were in the Gucci Boutique Flagship Store Location in New York City Fifth Avenue, I even asked for a discount when I saw this, they just went and got me another pair that didn't have the 'Unsymmetrically imprinted serial number'. I asked if I can buy the other one at a discount, and they refused. I believe if I would have not said anything about a discount for what I saw, they would have just sold them to me. I spend lots of money there and bought tons of things... I think their thought process was to make their customers happy with a flawless item. As a matter of fact, I purchased a pair of Gucci shoes from the Gucci online website that the serial number looked similar to the ones in the picture... I called the Customer Service Number on the website, and inquired, and they said that if I am not satisfied with the item, I can return it for free, get a replacement or my money back. I really wanted the shoe, and they didn't have another in my size, color, and same style to replace... so I just kept it because I loved the shoe and still do. Glad I did... I would have kicked myself if I let something like that stop me from getting and enjoying something I really like. It's been over 5 years and I still rock them, love them and get so many compliments and inquiries on them. Real Gucci is Real Gucci. And to finally answer your question, NO... it doesn't sway my opinion. Wear these shoes in the best of wealth, health and happiness.

Hi,can someone authenticate my camera bag please? I bought this bag recently and this first problem was the leather zipper handle comming off the zip clasp and small threads were comming off around the zipper line.
Is this an indication that the bag is a copy???

Hi, I wonder if someone could help me. There is a vintage purse I've been looking at but I feel its hard to determine if it is a fake since I cannot find much about it. Is it rare?

Item Name (if you know it): I believe it is a GUCCI WEB REINS MONOGRAM CANVAS HOBO BAG
ink (if available): not available
Seller: anonymous
Who took the pictures: the seller
History of the bag: unknown
Comments: The seller describes it as a GG shelly line from the 1960- 1970's but Im not sure that is correct.

A big thanks to anyone that can help me!

Item Name (if you know it): I’m not sure (it’s a Gucci Bum Bag)
Seller: bought from a vintage seller
Who took the pictures: I’ve took the photos myself
History of the bag: not sure
Comments:
From looking at this bag myself I believe it to be real, but I need help confirming this. The material seems to be really good. It is a very old and well used bag. The Gucci logo is starting to rub off the front and the zip is stuck on the back of the bag so I can’t open it (there might be a tag inside that compartment but I can’t get in to check). Other than that there’s no tags or serial numbers inside but I am aware not all designer bags have them. The stitching seems to be done very well, the G’s are the correct way around & are exactly how they are described for an authentic Gucci bag. The strap does have a tear but I think this is due to wear. Please help me to find out if this is authentic. If I can find out the name of this bag/age that would be amazing too.

Thank you!
Rachelmalta, You've come to the right person. Not only are those Gucci Monogram Horsebit Pumps authentic, they are killer ! You have a great eye for finding uncommon Gucci shoes. Those are the best ones, you don't have to worry about running into someone with the exact same shoe. You have a way of picking out shoes that most Women want, but pass up on them, and when the shoe is no longer available, they kick themselves for not getting it when they had the chance. Also, you tend to pick out the best condition of Pre-Loved Gucci shoes. For those to be a canvas shoe, there are no lumps, bumps, stains, rips or creases. You also know a steal when you see one. I'm sure you can get someone to pay you a King's Ransom for sourcing out the best shoes. Please get these and add them to your growing collection.
