Hi! If anyone could help me authenticate (and identify) this Gucci bag, I would be very grateful. I found it in the attic storage room of my apartment, whose previous resident (an old lady) passed away, and the current owner (my lessor) told me I could keep or dispose of everything as I saw fit.

I unfortunately don't know anything else about the bag, and I have virtually no knowledge of Gucci items myself. Based on googling, there are some indicators that this might be a authentic piece (diagonal stitches, serial tag etc.) from the 1980s(?) but I'm not sure, nor do I have any idea of the model. Before putting this on sale as an authentic bag, I would very much appreciate some evaluation whether it actually is.

The measurements are width 28cm x height 16cm x 12 cm depth (bottom), i.e. circa 11in x 6.3in x 4.7in.

Well, without further ado, here are pictures, I hope they provide enough information – if not, just let me know and I'll take further pics.

as i purchased it pre-owned and try to sell it. It was then returned to me because they cannot authenticate it and saying they have not known if gucci released this kind of bag.
I have mine in beige and in a very excellent no stain or smell condition. thnks

Comments: I purchased this bag before I saw the comments on the Disco Bag thread that some people had received fakes from MyHabit :cry: and have a sinking feeling that it is also a fake. Someone mentioned counting the stitches on the logo, and I can't tell for sure, but I wonder if my stitch count is different. At the bottom outside edge of the logo (where the Gs meet), there is also a loose thread - can't pull it though. If you think it's not authentic and could provide a couple of pointers, I would greatly appreciate it. Please let me know if you need more photos. Thank you!
