Please post authenticity questions related to GUCCI in this thread.

The PurseForum requests that only members with an extensive knowledge of the brand and authenticating who have over 500 posts participate as authenticators in this AT thread. The moderators reserve the right to remove authentications that do not meet these requirements.

Please follow the following rules:

Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated. This is in order to prevent duplication requests and to make it simpler for people to 'search' for items which may have been posted previously. This is not a thread to ask general questions about GUCCI, please refer to our main GUCCI forum for such information.

This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

Please give us as much information as you can and then attach any pictures (all authentication must include pictures).

Authenticators are not required to answer every request and it is their right to ignore a request that is not in the proper format.
Please note that comments on price and condition are NOT permitted.
Please limit your request to one (1) per post; otherwise it gets too confusing keeping them all straight.
Do NOT PM an authenticator or moderator to request authentication. Any and all such requests must be posted in this thread.
To ensure that additional pictures requested are seen by the authenticators, please utilize the quote feature or provide a link to your original request and response. Failure to do so may result in your query not being answered.

Hello! I'm new & not sure if I'm doing this correctly. This is about "Gucci" boots I bought about 10 yrs ago from a resale shop in San Francisco. I then had foot surgery & could no longer wear them. Hoping someone can help me either verify they may possibly be authentic, point me in a direction, or disqualify these from authenticity (& tell why). The size label & tag are @ the top of the inside of the shaft opposite zipper side. Don't have a clue what the stamped image (on shaft) is either. Looked & looked & looked for answers online; found none. Thanks to anyone who can help.View attachment 3558486 View attachment 3558487 View attachment 3558488

I would be very happy if someone could authenticate this bag i got from a local auction house. They say it´s good but i would like a second opinion here since i trust you more.

I took the photos with my phone in bad lighting, sorry about that (hopefully they are good enough). My guess is that it´s from the 80s but i really don´t know anything about the bag. The zippers are YKK. The lining is suede except for the inside pocket that has a GG-pattern lining. All metal is marked with some kind of Gucci mark (se the photos).

Serial: 001•25•1308

Thanks in advance!

Authentic.

Hello super nice Gucci Authenticators,

I've recently made two purchases, in which one I returned because it was visibly a counterfeit/replica that's poorly made. This second purchase seems quite genuine, so far I cannot find any flaws, and everything matches up to Gucci website and pictures/videos I've seen so far, but I thought I might have it authenticated by you.

Item Name (if you know it): Gucci Soho Disco Bag (Powder Face or Dusty Pink, not sure if color code)
Link/Seller: Sorry I got this via a Facebook Group where they resell luxury brands, and the seller told me she got this last bag from Gucci boutique in Guam.
Who took the pictures: First two pictures by me (down below), the rest by the seller (where I put in dropbox, link here). I compared the item to the pictures and it is identical.
History of the bag: The seller bought it beginning of this year, and have not used it, so it is in pretty good condition.

Please let me know if you need better photos or anything, thank you so much in advance!
