Insufficient pics. If you can provide all the required pics (see post # 2 for list) I can take a look to see if there's anything of suspect, but do recommend recent series classic flaps to be sent in for physical inspection.

When you post back with new pictures, or info, please make sure to either resubmit all previous info/pics, or quote your initial request, so we have all pertinent info pertaining to your request contained in one post.

Bag is fake. This is a great example of how well counterfeiters have managed to copy the serial sticker.

I need to see forward facing and in focus macro shots of the full serial sticker, snap button, back plate and the CHANEL engraving on the lock. All need to be glare/flash-free.

The receipt I meant is the sell tag, sorry for the confusion. But a concern is that the receipt holder (white one with camellia emboss) does not have envelops at both left bottom and right bottom. Some pictures online shows it have double envelops at both sides. I don't know does Chanel change the holder style over time or different region. But I would like to know your opinion on it.

Btw, I went to the Chanel stores in neiman marcus and saks for asking about repair/maintenance, but they say they only maintain items sold thru them. Will a Chanel boutique (not in neiman or saks, or any dept stores) will repair bags not sold from their store?

Bag looks fine to me and though the authenticity of the bag is always in the bag itself, I see nothing wrong with the receipt holder either. If you're still concerned about the authenticity, maybe reach out to a paid authentication service for a second opinion in order to ease your mind. Fashionphile also has a great return policy if you're not 100% about your purchase.

Regarding your repair question:
Chanel's repair and refurbishment policy since October 2015: bags over 5 years old won't be eligible for refinishing and refurbishment. If they are less than 5 years old they are eligible for the aforementioned services, but you must provide proof of purchase (must be from an authorized Chanel retailer). Chanel will still do hardware (not leather) repairs (broken chains, clasps, locks etc.) on bags older than 5 years.

Nothing jumping out as fake at this stage, but I really need high resolution pictures of the details to confirm. Classic quilted WOCs (along with classic flaps and boys) are extremely well and often faked.
