Hi again, sorry for not doing it right during my first attempt.
Item name: Chanel Airline Collection Summer 2016 Double Flap
- Serial number: 22579689
- Listing number: no listing available. Photo of a bag in front of my profile is attached
- Seller: private

This is my first attempt to buy a gently pre-loved Chanel item from a friend of a friend of a friend... She states that she bought it in a boutique in France but i don’t have any reason to trust or mistrust her, since we were not aquanted before.

The bag looks great and genuine by almost all measures but 2! Issues that make me wonder...

1. The stitch on the inside flap is not ideally straight, like its ‘supposed to be’ on a genuine bag?

2. The ends of leather straps that weave inside the chains are not finished nicely (waxed) at the ends and are slightly sticking out...

Can that happen with a genuine bag? Or am i looking at the good replica.

Please-please help! I would really appreciate your opinions and expert advice!!!

Pls resubmit your request and provide a link + all required pictures. See here for list. Note that all pictures need to be forward facing, in focus, up close and without glare. Picture of the serial need to be extremely up close and sharp.

I'm sorry, but picture of the serial is still not in focus and up close. I don't want to give an opinion if I can't see the details I want to see.
Since this is also a very recent series classic, it's a good idea to have it sent in for physical inspection.

Comments: I have clicked all the pictures below and what bothers me is the leather partition at the base of a medium classic. Is that normal that some bags have smooth base and some have a partition?

How long ago did you buy this? If it's a recent purchase, I'd go ahead and open a case with Ebay/Paypal to recoup your money. It's a very bad fake.

Hi authenticators,

I really need your help as I’m so stressed out. I’m in tears right now, I’m getting bullied by some authentication service called Real Authentication who claim my bag is fake and have got it removed from eBay. My bag was authenticated by etinceler.

Bag is definitely authentic and not even a hard one to authenticate, so I'm surprised by Real Authentication's verdict. I do think I know why they are of the opinion that it's fake, but believe they should know better. Very often with Chanel, details that would be completely off on certain bags, are totally fine on others. I'm sorry for your troubles. You mentioned having this authenticated by Etinceler, did you show Ebay and your seller their authentication email/certificate?

Thank you so much for trying! I completely understand! I’m going to send it but would you be able to tell me if there are indicators that it could be not authentic? I’m just nervous bc i had it authenticated by Real Authentication and they deemed it not authentic. I always go with etinceler but was hoping to get verification without having to send it in but looks like I’m going to have to anyways.

I did show buyer etinceler email and asked her to verify with them, and also offered to pay for in person authentication by leathersurgeons but she still decided to return as listing was removed. That incompetent Real authentication reported my listing, this is bullying. I called ebay to restore my listing but they did not, instead they sent me a long email telling me that removing listing will not affect my account and it’s just limited to one listing. I’ll call them again.
