I've also never seen this combination before on an anniversary edition, but the details on the bag all look correct for an authentic Chanel. The chain is original and hasn't been replaced. I think this bag might have been redyed from grey to black.

In order to avoid forth and back postings, before requesting an authentication, please read post # 2 of this thread (here) for all pictures required for an accurate assessment. Please note that pictures all of the required details need to be of quality: non-angled, crisp and sharp, up close and glare-free. Please note: If your request has no valid link to the listing (that's still active, or has ended) and you already bought/are the owner of the bag, you would need to post a login shot.
Login shot: the bag in front of your device while logged into your tPF account (showing your username).

- Comments: My mom was sent this cardholder as a gift from her ex-husband / my dad, I find it fishy because I don't think he would be willing to pay the full price of this cardholder. We're not really in speaking terms so I can't ask him about it; awkward situations. I was concerned about the serial number sticker; I looked at https://www.yoogiscloset.com/authenticate/chanel and it said the stickers should have gold speckles throughout for 2017, and this doesn't; the sticker is just white. Font also looks different to me. Also thought the logo on this cardholder looked a little bit "fatter" than the others I have seen online...
I had trouble taking this picture of the "MADE IN ITALY" because of the lighting and the shine in the lettering... My phone wouldn't focus on it no matter what.
