Hello! I've read the rules regarding 17 series bags and newer, but I'm desperately looking for a black patent mini flap and found 2 on ebay but they are 18 series… I still wanted to try my luck and ask for your expertise.

I live in Canada and sending the bags out for authentication is complicated 
