Thanks, Ironic! I tried to get a better picture of the serial number but this was the best I could do. The bag is so tiny! I hope the Made In stamp is ok too.

I'm fairly certain you're OK, but to be on the safe side, I'd need to see a flash/glare-free close up of the serial. See here for an example.

Comments: Says it was made in 2008, dust bag and authenticity card included.

You can buy dust bags/boxes on the bay, and since the authenticity card isn't pictured, can't say whether it's a real card or one of those rainbow holographic ones. I know fashionphile claims to authenticate each item, etc; but I have seen a fake Cambon bag with a 'Made in France' tag listed before, so I take that claim on these sites with a grain of salt (correct me if I'm wrong). The main thing that stumps me is the identification tag, usually I've seen the edges more rounded, not square like this, and it's hard to tell if it's stamped or just printed. The other thing is the serial tag, from what I can tell it has multiple 'X' tamper-evident cuts, and I've only ever seen 1 distinct cut. It looks to be in great condition for its age, so is it too good to be true?

It's authentic.
Some Cambon bags/totes were Made in France, so that only says nothing about the authenticity.

Hi folks! I purchased my first set of cap toe ballerinas and would so very much appreciate if someone could authenticate them for me. I got an awesome new job and am venturing into the designer world so please forgive any ignorance I show! I'm so excited by these which fit me perfectly. I took all of the pictures as these just arrived from eBay but I'm a tad nervous as I'm such a newbie that I might have bough fakes.
