If you bought this bag, you can post back with a clear picture of the full serial sticker, but I'm pretty sure it's authentic.
For the first flap, I need a sharper, flash-free and extremely up close shot of the serial sticker and non-angled and glare-free macro shot of the snap button and back plate.
For the second one, I need to see non-angled and clear pictures of the serial sticker and CHANEL MADE IN stamp.
And you post back with new pictures, please repost the request(s) again separately in the correct format and add the pictures.

The bag getting soft and losing structure has nothing to do with authenticity. It just means that it has been used a lot.
