In the future, there's no need to attach pictures that are already shown in the listing.

The seller send this picture too... her camera hasn't a good quality. She told me, that the serialnumber sparkled to! She is upset, that i think that could be a fake...

I have to pay today the money for this bag.
Now I told the seller, that it is maybe a fake.
Could you please give me some signs, which I can tell the woman.
Otherwise I have to buy it... because she has a receipt of this bag, which is a proof for her.

You're under no obligation to inform the seller on any details that make the bag fake. If she isn't knowingly selling counterfeit merchandise, it's still her responsibility to have her items authenticated before listing.
Receipts don't mean much, we rarely look at those when authenticating.
Whether to purchase, or not, is up to you. If you don't want to end up with a very expensive fake, I'd strongly recommend you staying away from this GST.
