Counterfeit.
I also wanted to say that this does not automatically mean that the bag came from VC. Seller could have just mentioned VC and pictured the tag to deceit people. It would be very sad if VC would have let such a dreadful fake slip through.

Though not as magnified as I want it to be, that picture do looks much clearer in full size.
From all the pictures provided I'm not seeing any red flags with this boy.
Please do note, though, that higher series boys and classics have become increasingly hard to authenticate just by pictures alone. Main reason is that most of the time requestors fail to supply the needed quality shots for authentication and counterfeiters have flooded the market with scary good super fakes.
It's therefore recommended to have higher series boys and classics sent in for physical authentication. This way of inspection allows authenticators so see little details that aren't always (well) shown with pictures only.

I need a magnified and sharper picture of the serial (no flash).

Dear authenticators,
I strongly suspect this bag is a fake (in fact I'm pretty sure it is) but I would really appreciate it if someone with more expertise could confirm this for sure. The bag was briefly in my possession, I took the pictures, although I didn't manage to get one of the serial number inside - I couldn't find it (!!). I gave it back to the person who was trying to sell it to me as I was not convinced. Can you tell me if it's a counterfeit based on the other pictures alone? Just for my own peace of mind!
