Wow, you are awesome and very good - thank you! I recently purchased this bag on eBay and the chain strap unraveled right away, which raised a flag and prompted me to check with you on authenticity. Right after I posted my request, I took the bag to a Chanel store in Seattle to get an estimate to repair the strap and received the attached letter from Chanel confirming indeed it is a fake! Thankfully I am still within the PayPal buyer protection window; I have also reported this seller to eBay, as she is selling several other " Chanels." It is so wonderful and generous of you to provide this service at no cost - helps to get those counterfeiters out of circulation. Thanks again!
