Hello! Could someone please help me to authenticate this chanel ballerina flats? i bought this from a reseller but im a bit confused cos the CHANEL logo is red. if they're not authentic, im gonna have to ask for a full refund.

Should you end up buying this bag, it is advisable to obtain personal authentication when it comes to newer series classics and boys. Physical inspection allows the authenticator to see details that are not always shown clearly with just pictures.
You can also use Authenticate4U to obtain a 2nd opinion. I believe they still do picture authentication for all series.

We unfortunately don't do authentication requests that don't have a link to the listing (active, or expired), or a login shot (if the bag is the member's possession and no link is available).
Login shot: the bag in front of your device while logged into your tPF account (showing your username).
Pictures are also lacking

We unfortunately don't do shoe authentications here. For a small fee you can have your flats looked at by a Enticeler, or Authenticate4U.
It seems that A4U is having some communication problems, so if you decide to use them, I'd go ahead and send them a message on their Facebook page first to see if you get a response.
