Unfortunately, that picture of the hologram sticker is still not sufficient and you really need to follow format for us to be able to help you. Please see my post above.
Seeing that this is a 23 million series CF, your best bet is to have it sent in for physical inspection, or you can also contact Authenticateu4U.

Hello, will an authenticator please take a look at this bag for me? It is my first Chanel, and I have no idea what to look for. I do not feel the seller is completely honest because the condition is worse than described, and the caviar leather is rough (almost scaly) in some areas. I took my own photos and uploaded to an imgur album. Please let me know if I am missing anything. Thank you so much! [emoji4]

It's authentic. This one is, I believe, from the mid to late 90s. Without the serial nr. it's hard to pinpoint an exact year, especially for vintage pieces. On how to take care of your caviar bag(s), visit this thread:
