The serial nr. is a bit blurry. If you could get a up close and clear picture of it, that would be great.
The rest of all the details looks fine to me. Please consider sending it in for personal authentication :)

I prefer not to authenticate items of sellers who have private hidden feedback.
This is due to some unpleasant run-ins I had with these kind of sellers in the past. I'm sorry :(

Please request up close, face forward and clear pictures of the serial nr., MADE IN stamp, snap button and interior zipper pull. Then post the new pictures quoting your original request.

Serial number is: 19970857.

Listing number: I don't have as it's on Depop.

Seller: katrinabiggs

Comments: says it was brought from Harrods in December 2014. She says everything comes with it. Box, dust bag, authenticity card. Which I uploaded and I have asked for a picture of the receipt. Theses are the only pictures I have as she has uploaded them on the site. Depop is like Istagram meets eBay.

we authenticate the product and not the seller. right?
I asked 3 times to help with this bag...
is it really so hard to help me ?
placement rules are not written about seller feedbacks

Because of all my comments, the seller now proposed to just go and meet at the Chanel store :) Thanks either way for your willigness to have a look, I think it's great work you're doing here!!

The pictures in the listing showed there was not a zero on the serial sticker but a zero on the authenticity card; this information was all reviewed when @ironic568 authenticated this bag. In certain early zero series, the serial stickers did not include the zero and therefore appeared to be a six digit serial number. The zero was however included on the authenticity card and was a seven digit serial number. This is absolutely normal in this instance. Thank you!
