I also looked at her other (sold) Chanel listings, and the ones that I was still able to see, are all fake.
You should report her to Etsy. She's been scamming a lot of buyers.

Hello ! I am trying to buy this Chanel Diana bag in times of pandemic (which is very challenging, cause I cannot buy it in person and have to trust the exchanges we have online). It is a friend's friend trying to sell an old Chanel Diana bag, without invoice, without authentication card... Yet, I am still here because I find it very pretty!! Thanks for confirming! I had a feeling they were fake and already called Etsy. They don’t seem to care and the seller cancelled my order so I can’t leave a review but provided me a refund. I do have another pair that I found I will post once they arrive. I appreciate your help. Is there a paid for service you recommend for Chanel jewelry?
