is this bag authentic?

I have not much information of the bag, it is from a person that have got it from her mother, it should have been buied from Chanel butik in Denmark.

MY problem is the snap closure, it has a writing I never have seen on a chanel bag:

OKPTA1519426 and Ok0973628
