I think this may be a counterfeit bag. The leather is not soft and luxurious like I have heard it should be. The chain is not super heavy. There is a double layer on the top flat part of the leather of the shoulder chain. It has stitching on the top of the leather. It doesn’t have seamless, perfect stitching. The hardware depending on the lighting seems orangish in color. It does not have where it is made in the inside of the bag. Does not have a date code in interior or anyplace where it looks like it wore off. Numbers on authenticity card are not straight and at an angle. Please share your thoughts. Worried I purchased a super fake. Do you think it is authentic? Thank you so much for your time!

Would like to see a sharper up close picture of the sticker (example below).
So far I see nothing of concern, and bag is likely OK, but I recommend these newest series classic flaps to be sent in for physical inspection.

That's not how you do a login shot (pls see this post for future reference).
This bag is unfortunately not authentic, and depending on when your bf bought this off Ebay, he can open a case with either Ebay, or Paypal for a refund.

I need a link to the listing, and if unavailable, a login shot.
For pictures:
Large, forward facing, in focus, up close and glare free pictures of the:
- back plate
- both snap buttons
- zipper pull
- sticker (see example below)
If it came with a card, dust bag, or box, I'd like to see pictures of that, too.

If you buy through Posh, they will do an in house inspection (their own authentication) first before sending it to you. Since I've seen Posh make many mistakes throughout the years, it's recommended to use your own authentication service.
