I'm not seeing any red flags with the details provided, but since it's missing the card and sticker, and is a higher series (probably 17 million series, or beyond), I recommend you sending it in for physical inspection.

I have been having an outage in my area for the whole evening and it seems like it's not completely cleared yet. You're welcome and I'm happy to hear you already filed a claim. This is not a super fake, so I think that if you have sent in the pictures, the authenticators (even though they claim not to authenticate by pictures alone) will be able to tell. Next time, try Authenticate4U, I believe they still do picture authentication for all series.

I am learning so much from you. I looked up Authenticate4U and will definitely use this next time. Very reasonably priced and great reviews. Thanks!
