please help Authenticate this Chanel boy iridescent medium

they confirmed it was 100% brand new authentic.
I ordered it on July 17th 2018 since then I emailed back and forth with Bella vita Mota LTD for almost a month. I received the bag on august 6th 2018.

I sent pictures, details and compare with my other chanel. the bag doesn't look right so did the packages.
Real Authentic company, I ordered authenticate paper. I knew the result was replica. I emailed the company again. I wanted proceed dispute the purchase. They refused to refund and take return and threatened about legal

I'm new here so sorry if I make a mistake or two, but I'll do my best to do everything wright from the start.
So I have purchased this mini woc/clutch on chain trough a personal shopping service, and when I got it I noticed that there is no receipt which really concerns me... Also the Chanel logo on the dust bag is not completely centered, so that made me question the authenticity too...
Wanted to mention that I only have the link from the Chanel website, since the personal shopper buys the thing you send them the link of, there is no lambskin with chamapgne hdw on the site, all tough I think it was available at the time of my purchase.
