I'm missing a picture of the CHANEL MADE IN stamp, but don't foresee any problems with this bag.

History of the bag: According to the woman who sold it to me, she got it from her mother, who bought it from a friend in the early 2000's. So, multiple owners, and there has clearly been some refurbishment done to the bag. The strap has been shortened (I can see where they did so), and it appears the lining was refurbed/cleaned, as the serial sticker is gone with no noticeable sign of any stickiness. The chain is very heavy and feels very true to the pure brass chains of the era. I understand this bag has a compromised value due to the lack of serial code and card, but for the price I got I merely want to enjoy it as is, so I hope it is auth!

FYI, there is a discussion in the ebay forum about how ebay has changed so you can't always see ended listings. Some have a hyperlink but others, like this one, don't. You can find the original listing if you search by item number, making sure to choose completed listings. Not that there are any better pictures in the listing than posted here, but it might help in the future.

I would ask for authentication my found Chanel bag. I found this few years ago and it's stuck in the bottom of my wardrobe. I decided to find some information..
