I purchased this pre loved vinage wallet on eBay. The seller said it was her mother’s before hers. From the serial number looks like it is from 2000-2002. I am thrown off by the authenticity card since it looks slightly different then my newer ones. My newer ones have a thinner CC in the top right hologram and slightly smaller gold serial numbers. Is it slightly different since it’s from 2000?

I’ve read where people sometimes have the lining replaced. Do you think that could be a possibility? I know you said that other details are off though

A replaced lining is definitely possible, yes, but since the sticker is on a leather tab, wouldn't it be really easy to preserve it and sew the tab back in with the new lining (like what was done with the MADE IN leather tab, if lining was indeed replaced)?
Though I, for several reasons, would never buy a highly faked bag without the presence of the authenticity sticker, the lack of it in this GST is not the issue I'm most concerned about. Let's just say that even if this bag came with an authentic sticker attached, I'd still pass.
Having an authentic sticker doesn't automatically make the bag genuine. The sticker is just one of the many checkpoints.

It's up to you what to do, the above is just my opinion

Authentic. The fonts on the hologram card is also fine, nothing to worry about.
