No there isn’t any. Not even the tab. The Ebay authenticators say when they received it, it came with a COA but no serial.

That's extremely odd that there's not even signs of a tab.
I'd personally return. Besides the lack of a sticker (which makes it extremely hard to resell later on, should you have to), I also see details that are not consistent with what I've seen in other GSTs and my own.

I can't discuss authenticity details, sorry. Just make sure to have your bag authenticated before purchase. GSTs are very often and sometimes extremely well faked, I wouldn't attempt to authenticate it on my own.

I’ve read where people sometimes have the lining replaced. Do you think that could be a possibility? I know you said that other details are off though
