I can't discuss authenticity attributes here, I'm sorry.
This is not the 1st time I see a fake Chanel on Rebelle, but I've never bought from them before so I'm not familiar with their return process. I also don't know how they verify authenticity, whether it's through pics alone, or that it's done in person. Either way, they got it wrong this time.
If the site doesn't mention anything about returns, you should call them and ask about returning an item not as described (fake). If they need proof of non-authenticity, you will have to contact a paid authentication service for a certificate, or email verifying the authenticity of this WOC. If you paid via Paypal, you can also contact them. Good luck, I'm sure it will all work out well for you.

Would appreciate any help in authenticating this bag. I bought it for my sister from a private seller. They were honest enough to say they didn't know the history of the bag and I bought it basically for the price of a replica. Thought I would mention in case i do not have enough room to upload but the interior contains a big zipper compartmetin the middle and small size zipped pocket and mobile phone pouch with elastic sides. Front and sides made with one leather piece. The back piece of leather does not match the quilting, which may be a red flag.
