Sorry for the delay in responding. This looks authentic to me. It is a Louise Rose. I had one just like this is another color and this has all the hallmarks of a real Brahmin. This style is probably 8 years old by now.

It should have a long strap with it too but not having it doesn't make it a fake at all. Many do it use the long straps and the handles.

will appreciate any help authenticating or vise-versa this Brahmin bag! it has a very small tag in the bottom with BRAHMIN on one side and made in China on the other

This looks really good to me. I am stuck at remembering its name as this is not a new bag. You can tell that by the "Brahmin pocket" on the inside zip compartment with the pen holders and key clip.

It has wear in all of the places that I'd expect to see in a bag of this age.

Can anyone help with the name and color of this bag? I've given myself a headache scrolling through photos online, and come up with nothing. For color, it seems to be somewhere between the Pecan and Toasted Almond? I'll be selling for a friend, but I like to include as much info as possible for potential buyers. Thanks in advance!

Hello, could someone please authenticate this thrifted vintage satchel? I usually stick to Coach, so I know nada... Thank you for your help!

Seller: Salvation Army (in my possession)
Comments: Is there supposed to be a cross body or shoulder strap? Is the lining material some kind of microfiber(?) Oh and I did some conditioning and polishing already...

Eta: Measurements are 11.5" wide, 9 tall, 5.5 deep, strap drop of 5

I believe this is an Addison or Addison II tote. It looks good to me in terms of authenticity. The lining is that chamois lining that they used to do which I much prefer to what they use now. I had one like this many years ago. There should be a cross body strap that would hook onto hardware on the handles. You could order a black smooth leather or a brown Tuscan leather strap from Brahmin if you want to get one. I believe this one would have come with the Tuscan croc pattern strap in the brown but either would match.
