Classic Diamond Studs or Something Else?

Thank you ALL for your suggestions! It's very clear to me to go for the studs! Since I don't yet have a pair of diamond studs, I think this is the time to make the investment. Thank you for your input.

Ladies, do you prefer three-prong, or four-prong studs?

I have the 3-prong Kwiats and they're amazing and sit very flat on my ear. Make sure you ask Nordstrom to order you platinum backs if you have any gold sensitivities. They come with white gold backings--which I didn't know til I got mine. They had to order me platinum backs.

I have the exact same solitares as you are considering, and I'm so happy with them. The three prong platinum martini setting is so lovely and really lets the diamonds sparkle like crazy.

As Ame said, ask for platinum backs if you have an allergy problem, otherwise the white gold ones are fine.
