I would think - also confirmed by Cartier - after a while the clash scratches the love a lot. So in the long run you'll end up with the love look like the clash.

Interesting. I wore mine everyday for 5 months and I have little kids so my wrists move around scooping kids up all day and there’s been absolutely NO damage to my loves from the clash. When I bought it my SA said it was her favorite combo. Guess everyone’s experience will be different!

No way she would have said anything different. Reminds me of a restaurant in San Francisco where someone asked the waiter whether the fish they served was fresh. Would be "no" a thinkable response?

Anyway I asked my SA and she confirmed my thought but time will tell. Hope you are happy with yours.

To be frank, and I’m sure it wasn’t intended this way, this comment comes off quite rude. This was an expensive purchase and a gift from my husband. Like I said, everyone’s experience will be different. The restaurant comparison you made was uncalled for.

Cartier bracelets are designed to be worn stacked together. Your bracelets will be fine. I’m sure the designers are more clever than letting one bracelet design destroy another.
Scratches will happen when you use your jewelry. Even if it’s not stacked.
Enjoy your beautiful pieces. I’m looking forward to getting mine :)

Thank you!
And yes, so true. The designers of these bracelets are aware that these bracelets are going to be stacked. I hope you enjoy yours too! The clash really is a beautiful, fun piece.

Oh I am deeply sorry. It wasn't meant like that. I hope you can enjoy it forever.

Yes definitely enjoy the bracelets. With all that is happening today, it’s nice to be able to look at pretty things. Scratches are inevitable. I use to worry about them, now I don’t care anymore, dangit I paid big money for me to have to worry about that. Wear it in good health and love seeing pictures of everyone’s stack.

I think you are French and not American, yes? Typically, when someone asks if the fish is “fresh” they are inquiring if it was caught or or obtained from the fish market that day, not if it is still ok for consumption. So, it actually is a reasonable question to ask

Just noticing this now, thank you for posting it!!! They look good as a little family. I’m still too nervous to visit a boutique to try on, but cartier and the surrounding stores is a big motivator to get out!
I visited last weekend. We had to book an appointment first. Once there, they only let you in if your name is on the list. Everyone is wearing masks and you are expected to wear one too. They offer you hand sanitizer and a bottle of water when you are in. It was a weird and different experience for sure but worth it :).

I think mentally, just getting out and doing something normal and indulgent would do wonders. Good to hear they have those tight protocols in place. It sounds like a very safe setup.

Beautiful! I have the same 2 love bracelets and hadn’t worn them in months because, like you, we’re home and I have nowhere to go! I recently put them back on though, just for my own pleasure! Here’s me trying the clash and rainbow love in store. I’m hesitating between these 2

I actually like the contrast of the clash with your other bracelets. The smooth loves, blingy tennis and spiky clash look very good together.
I feel like the rainbow love kind of blends in as another love.

If concerned about scratches, I’d weigh comments re: 5 months of real life use over an SA’s preference for the stack.
