I honestly don't see that many labelled incorrectly. Sure there are the odd few. But the Part Time isn't a rare or collectable style (there are some more desirable colours with all styles). Visually one way of telling the PT apart from the City (aside from size which isn't always easy to tell in pics) is that it has a vertical seam running down the centre of the bag. The City doesn't.

It seems like sellers might charge more for Cities and Firsts than Part Times as Cities and Firsts are more popular, right?

There are plenty of both. City and First are the more iconic bags but colour, hardware, condition, and season will all play a role in price no matter what the style.

Hmm...couldn’t be discontinued in 2012. I bought the The pink one I posted above from the boutique in 2016. It’s with the g12 smooth silver hardware. Can’t rem the name of the color though.

Yeah I was referring to the G21 HW in that earlier post, should have read for context, sorry.
